The Magical Inti Raymi tour is a journey through the city of Cusco, which includes visits to some of the main historical and cultural sites of the region. It can include places like the Plaza de Armas, the Temple of the Sun, the Santo Domingo Convent, as well as one of the most important festivals in Peru: The Inti Raymi; we also accompany this spectacular trip by visiting one of the seven Wonders of the World "Machu Picchu"; we will also visit the Sacred Valley, an important center for agriculture and religious ceremonies.

Day 1 · June 21
In the morning, pick up from the Cusco airport and transfer to your hotel in the city of Cusco.
Hotel accommodation.
Our tour starts with pick up from your hotel between 12:50 hrs and 13:10 hrs, approx.
The Cusco City Tour is a journey through the main attractions of the city; the tour begins by visiting the Cathedral of Cusco and its more than 600 paintings from the Cusco School (40 minutes).
Then we head to the Qoricancha Temple on foot through beautiful Inca streets (10 min), entering Qoricancha at 14:20 hrs. This was the main temple during the Inca era; at the Qoricancha temple, we will learn about Inca religion and architecture (40 min).
At approx. 15:00 hrs we will take our transport towards Sacsayhuamán (15 min) where we will have a guided tour through the enormous walls of this Inca temple built for the god Illapa (lightning) (45 min).
We will take our bus again to Qenqo (5 min) for a tour of this other ancient Inca temple.
Once more we take our mobility (10 min) towards Puka Pukara and Tambomachay, the water temple. We will end our tour at 18:00 hrs.
Upon returning to Cusco city, we will leave you near the main square, having the afternoon free to enjoy local cuisine, music, and the city.
We will leave you in the city center so you can enjoy dinner or walk around the Plaza de Armas of Cusco.

Day 2 · June 22
Breakfast at your hotel in Cusco.
The Sacred Valley of the Incas tour begins with pick up from your hotel between 07:50 hrs and 08:10 hrs.
Then we will start our journey towards the Sacred Valley, stopping at the Taray Viewpoint where we will observe the Sacred Valley.
We will take our transport again and travel to Pisac around 11:00 hrs to visit the Pisac archaeological group, which includes a visit to the market in the town of the same name. (Approx. 45 min).
We will take the bus and cross the Sacred Valley to the town of Urubamba where we will have our buffet lunch.
At 14:30 hrs after your lunch, we will head to Ollantaytambo where the town still maintains its splendor from when the Incas inhabited it. (45 min).
After the tour in Ollantaytambo at 16:00 hrs, we will drop you off very close to the train station on foot (5 min). We will board the train according to the chosen schedule and head to Machu Picchu Pueblo.
Arrival at the town of Machu Picchu where the hotel staff will be waiting for you at the station exit with a small sign and your name.
In the evening, we will have a meeting with the guide to arrange your visit to Machu Picchu.

Day 3 · June 23
We have breakfast at the hotel in Aguas Calientes to then start our tour to Machu Picchu.
At the agreed time after your breakfast at the hotel, we meet the guide at the bus station to board the bus that will take us to the Machu Picchu sanctuary. Travel time is approx. 30 minutes.
Upon arrival, we find the entrance gate to the Machu Picchu Sanctuary where we present our tickets, Passport or ID.
We will have a guided tour of Machu Picchu lasting approximately 2 hours. After this, we will have free time to take photographs in Machu Picchu.
Then the guide will say goodbye to us, so we can board the return bus to the town of Aguas Calientes, where we can enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant of your choice.
In the afternoon, we will have time to visit craft markets or take a small walk through the town.
At the appropriate time, we will board our Expedition train arriving in Ollanta. 1:40 hrs arrival at the Ollantaytambo train station where agency staff will be waiting for your transfer to your hotel in Cusco city. 1:50 hrs.
The Machu Picchu tour includes: Tourist Train Ticket Ollantaytambo – Machu Picchu round trip, bus up and down, Machu Picchu entrance tickets, Professional Guide, Transport Ollantaytambo-Cusco.

Day 4 · June 24
On June 24th, the festival in honor of the Sun God takes place in the three historical and natural settings usually used for the reenactment: Qoricancha Temple, Plaza de Armas, Sacsayhuamán.
7:40 a.m. The Travel Agency will pick you up from your hotel with its transport and your guide to head to the first station of the reenactment at Qoricancha (Golden Fence).
08:00 a.m. We will meet at the Qoricancha where we will settle in to appreciate the appearance of the Inca with his retinue.
09:00 a.m. or 09:30 a.m. Looking up slightly, we can see the Inca making an invocation to the Sun God.
10:00 a.m. We will walk up to the Plaza de Armas where we will settle in one of the corners to appreciate the passing of the Inca procession. Then we will take our mobility at Regocijo Square to head to Sacsayhuamán (approx. 20 min).
12:00 p.m. Sacsayhuamán (voice derived from Quechua terms "saqsay" and "waman" which translates to "satiate hawk"): This impressive archaeological center is at 3,555 m.a.s.l., one kilometer from the Inca neighborhood "Qolqanpata".
13:00 hrs we will have our box lunch. And the ceremony will begin. We will settle in the orange VIP grandstand of the stage to have the best view of the show. This is the only stage where we will be comfortable appreciating this magnificent reenactment of Inti Raymi.
15:30 hrs approx. End of the reenactment, we will meet and head towards our mobility and drop you off at your respective hotels. (This day there will be heavy traffic; some people whose hotels are near the square choose to walk down to the Plaza de Armas, approx. 15 min walk down).
NOTE: We want to take you to all the stages where this impressive Festival is performed. Suitable places for all audiences are Qoricancha and the Plaza de Armas, and Inti Raymi itself will be presented at Sacsayhuamán. Feel comfortable in each place and enjoy the 3 stations of Inti Raymi with us.

Day 5 · June 25
The Rainbow Mountain tour starts at 4:30 to 5:00 hrs in the morning with pick up from your respective hotel.
After a 2-hour journey, we arrive at the restaurant in the town of Cusipata where we will have a delicious local breakfast consisting of juices, bread, coffee, fruit, and eggs.
After breakfast, we will continue the trip for 1 more hour until we reach our starting point for the hike.
The hike has a distance of approx. 2 km (1 hr); depending on your physical condition, you can do it in more time; the guide will accompany you throughout this journey.
During the walk, you will enjoy beautiful landscapes, accompanied by the snow-capped peaks of our Andes mountain range; without a doubt, the route rewards the long journey and effort.
After the hike, we will reach our destination: the Rainbow Mountain, where we can enjoy the spectacle of colors that Pachamama (Mother Earth) provides us. We will have 40 min to enjoy the landscape and take a short break.
Then we will start the return, which will be easier since it will be mostly downhill. 12:00 hrs we will take our transport towards our restaurant in the town of Cusipata where we will have a nutritious local buffet lunch.
Finally, we will start the return to the city of Cusco where we will arrive at approx. 17:00 hrs.
